Manufacturing

MS3D creations are 3D printed and carefully prepared before shipping.

For products like Pokeballs, please allow approximately 1 week for manufacturing and shipping.

Custom products or special requests may take longer depending on the project, requested details, and customization validation.

Delivery

Available delivery options are displayed at checkout based on your address and active store settings.

Once the order is prepared and shipped, tracking information will be provided when the carrier makes it available.

Returns and Issues Upon Receipt

If an item arrives damaged or if you notice a problem, contact MS3D promptly with a description and photos. This allows us to assess the situation and propose a suitable solution.

Custom creations are made to order and generally cannot be returned like a standard product, except in case of confirmed defect or problem.

Customization

For a custom request, prepare your idea, useful references, desired dimensions if you know them, and any important constraints.
